Senior Full Stack Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer for an early-stage fintech building institutional-grade fixed-income products for Bitcoin, enabling native BTC yield generation without wrapping, bridging, or custody compromise, and connecting traditional fixed-income markets to institutional Bitcoin holders. You’ll work closely with the founding team to build core systems from scratch, define architecture, and help establish engineering best practices, owning systems end-to-end with a strong backend/infrastructure focus while remaining comfortable across the full stack.

Requirements

checked icon 4+ years of experience as a full stack engineer
checked icon Strong proficiency in JavaScript and/or TypeScript
checked icon Proven experience building and scaling production systems
checked icon Strong experience with backend development, database design and management, and API development
checked icon Hands-on experience with at least one cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
checked icon Ability to design and build systems from scratch, with a strong understanding of system design and architecture
checked icon Comfortable collaborating with a third-party security firm on security reviews and best practices

Nice to have

checked icon Experience with Vercel and Supabase
checked icon Proficiency in Python (analytics, data, or ML use cases)
checked icon Familiarity with Rust
checked icon Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor)

Responsibilities

checked icon Build and maintain a client-facing web application for institutional users
checked icon Design and implement scalable backend systems and architecture
checked icon Develop and manage databases and data models
checked icon Build and integrate APIs and external services
checked icon Implement authentication systems, multi-tenant account structures, and role-based access control (RBAC)
checked icon Create analytics dashboards, reporting tools, and data pipelines
checked icon Optimize performance, reliability, and system efficiency
