Manual QA Engineer (Web/API)
We are looking for a Manual QA Engineer (Web/API) to join a growing US-based logistics technology company building a web platform that delivery and transport businesses use to run their networks of independent drivers.

B2B Requirements
3+ years of hands-on manual QA experience on complex web applications
Independent test case design across functional, regression, negative-path, and exploratory testing
Experience with Testiny, TestRail, Xray, or a similar test management tool
Experience filing clear, reproducible bug reports in Jira, Linear, or a similar tracker
API testing experience with Postman or similar tools
Basic SQL for verifying data directly in the database
Experience testing stateful, multi-step workflows, including the effect of configuration changes on existing records
Risk-based approach to deciding where testing should go deep and where it can stay light
Practical, critical use of AI tools in testing, from drafting test cases to judging claims about self-healing or agentic testing
Working knowledge of cross-browser, cross-platform, and mobile testing Nice to have
Experience testing payments, fintech, or other compliance-heavy products
Experience with third-party integrations such as webhooks, notification services, e-signature, or background-check providers
Experience with role-based access control (RBAC) testing
Edge-case testing of date and time-based logic such as expirations and deadlines
Working knowledge of Playwright or Cypress, enough to read and write basic scripts or work closely with an automation engineer
ISTQB certification Responsibilities
Test assigned features and fixes against acceptance criteria through functional, regression, negative-path, and exploratory testing
Design, maintain, and run test cases in the test management tool for your product areas
Use AI tools to speed up test preparation and exploration of new flows
Assess how configuration changes affect existing records as well as new flows
Verify asynchronous and webhook-driven outcomes such as notifications, status updates, and integration callbacks
Support feature-parity testing when functionality is refactored or moved between tools
Run pre-release regression testing and flag risk areas in your product areas
Write reproducible bug reports, verify fixes, and close the loop with developers
Participate in release smoke testing on staging and production
Review requirements and designs early with product and engineering
Maintain up-to-date test documentation and deep knowledge of your product areas
Identify test cases that are good candidates for automation Please include GDPR consent
