We’re hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer for an AI-driven video technology company running a platform used by publishers and broadcasters worldwide. The platform automatically pinpoints the most engaging moments in a video and turns them into short previews that lift viewer engagement, distribution, and revenue.

Requirements

checked icon Minimum 8 years of overall software engineering experience (Ruby on Rails or Python)
checked icon At least 4 years building front-end interfaces, with deep proficiency in Vanilla JavaScript (ES6), CSS, CSS animation, and HTML
checked icon A minimum of 2 years working with React or a comparable framework
checked icon Practical experience creating widgets and embedding them into client websites
checked icon Firm grasp of performance tuning and Core Web Vitals
checked icon Working experience with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, Antigravity) to lift productivity and code quality
checked icon Demonstrated capability to architect, develop, and sustain large-scale systems

checked icon Time spent in cloud environments, ideally AWS

Responsibilities

checked icon Take requirements from the early stages through design, build, integration, testing, and rollout
checked icon Produce robust back-end code, chiefly in Ruby on Rails and Python
checked icon Craft robust front-end code across Vanilla JavaScript (ES6), CSS, CSS animation, HTML, React, and Vue, tuning it for performance and Core Web Vitals
checked icon Drive the complete development lifecycle, from concept to production
checked icon Hold end-to-end ownership of every engineering aspect in your domain
checked icon Serve as the go-to person for code quality, architecture, design, testing, and performance
