Senior Cloud Engineer (GCP)
We’re hiring a Senior Cloud Engineer for a major multinational enterprise running a worldwide internal cloud platform. The platform is built on top of the main public cloud providers (Google Cloud, AWS, Azure) and serves the whole organization as a core piece of its technology setup.

Salary: 20,000-25,000 PLN per month

Hybrid: 1 day on-site/4 days remote (Office located in Warsaw)

Requirements

6+ years of hands-on work with Google Cloud Platform (exposure to AWS or Azure is a plus)

Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related area, or matching practical engineering experience

Solid background in IT architecture and design, with focus on infrastructure automation, provisioning, and upkeep

Hands-on with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and strong Python skills

Comfortable with Linux command line and shell scripting

Experience building IT systems in regulated environments

Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Repos, and GitHub Actions

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, including under time pressure

Advanced spoken and written English
Nice to have

Background in API management or API design

Past work in distributed, multicultural teams
Responsibilities

Help plan, run, and grow the GCP cloud platform used across the company globally

Guide and mentor a group of engineers as they roll out cloud solutions

Partner with Squad Leads and other stakeholders to map technical work to business needs

Make sure designs are scalable, stable, easy to maintain, and secure, in line with best practices and company strategy

Write, update, and review documentation covering processes, standards, and team practices

Keep open communication going across teams in different countries and time zones
