Junior ML Engineer
We’re looking for a Junior Machine Learning Engineer to join a company that builds automated trading systems powered by machine learning models. These systems analyze market data and make trading decisions automatically, with a strong focus on reliability and data-driven validation.

The team develops internal infrastructure to train, test, deploy, and monitor neural network models, ensuring that every change is carefully evaluated before being used in production. This role is at the intersection of machine learning, software engineering, and quantitative analysis.
Requirements

Strong foundations in programming, especially Python.

Hands-on experience with PyTorch for training neural networks.

Good knowledge of NumPy and Pandas.

Experience running reproducible experiments and analyzing numerical results.

Comfortable working with larger codebases.
Responsibilities

Training and retraining neural network models using internal systems.

Experimenting with architectures, features, hyperparameters, and implementing new components or metrics in PyTorch.

Designing and running controlled experiments to evaluate model changes, ensuring results are robust, reproducible, and quantitatively validated.

Developing and improving backtesting setups, evaluation metrics, and assumptions.

Monitoring models in production, detecting and resolving performance or stability issues, and enhancing automated retraining pipelines.

Writing and maintaining production-quality Python code, improving ML pipelines and internal tools, and contributing to clean, well-structured codebases.
