Our client is a US-based company operating in the real estate industry. They are a wireless and renewables real estate investment vehicle. They are looking for an experienced person to advance their mission by sourcing and securing attractive investment opportunities in telecommunications.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, or equivalent experience in business-to-consumer (B2C) sales.
Demonstrated natural sales abilities coupled with robust business acumen.
Outstanding negotiation skills, with a track record of successfully navigating transactions from inception to completion.
Experience with the real estate closing process.
Knowledge of
finance principles like Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and Net Present Value (NPV).
Experience in origination within commercial real estate, mortgages, telecommunications, mineral rights acquisition, or renewable energy industries.
Responsibilities
Handle an individual portfolio of origination leads from initial identification to finalization.
Serve as the primary contact for potential clients, nurturing the pipeline through consultative methods.
Meet personal monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals concerning origination funnel oversight and closures.
Thoroughly track personal origination activity to uphold the vitality and consistency of the sales pipeline.
Provide insights on user experience for origination procedures, including data analysis, CRM enhancement, and marketing strategies.
Participate in strategic planning and product development to uphold a competitive stance in the market.
