Requirements
3 years of technical leadership and people management experience
5 years of software engineering experience
Solid experience with micro-services architectures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Nice to have
Experience with Java Responsibilities
Help the Product Managers to gather technical requirements for features and to understand the priorities from the engineering perspective
Help the engineering teams to make real commitments
Protect engineers from distractions by creating reasonable conditions and structure for engineers to focus on their goals
Leverage the collaboration between cross-functional teams
Work closely with teams to improve our architecture
Be responsible for up to 10 engineers (backend, fullstack and DevOps) spread across multiple cross-functional teams
Be the coach for engineers to improve their technical and social skills
Advocate and plan education depending on the skills required in the teams
Be responsible for the growth of our teams by being an active part in the recruiting process
