Our first product is a digital wallet that provides members with the most seamless payment experience via social messengers. Our members are the key stakeholders of this ecosystem and the business is committed to maximize membership value – not profits.
Requirements

Proven experience as platform lead / software architect

Have 6+ years of engineering experience with Java or Kotlin

Good understanding of AWS ecosystem

Fintech experience

Excellent knowledge of software and application design and architecture

Excellent knowledge of UML and other modeling methods

Understanding of software quality assurance principles

High quality organizational and leadership skills

Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
Nice to have

Apache Kafka

Familiar with Confluent echo system

DevOps experience

Fin tech experience
Responsibilities

Set goals for your team based and help build a result driven culture within the tech organization.

Inspire, motivate and coach your team

Identify your stakeholders and communicate with them regularly and proactively

Establish proper feedback loops within teams.

Oversee progress of development team to ensure consistency with initial design

Approve final product before launch
