We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Xactly Implementor to join our team and manage the implementation, customization, and ongoing support of Xactly solutions. This role is flexible (full-time or part-time) and can be performed remotely

Requirements

checked icon Proven experience with Xactly implementation, particularly Xactly Incent, Connect, and Analytics.
checked icon Strong technical expertise in configuring and customizing Xactly solutions.
checked icon Ability to work independently and collaboratively with global stakeholders.
checked icon Experience in high-tech companies and familiarity with commission systems is highly preferred.
checked icon Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
checked icon Fluency in English.

Nice to have

checked icon Background in data analysis or backend development.
checked icon Experience with integration companies, such as Sandz or similar.
checked icon Familiarity with remote working tools and international team dynamics.
checked icon Understanding of high-tech industry processes and systems.

Responsibilities

checked icon Lead the implementation of Xactly solutions, including Xactly Incent, Xactly Connect, and Xactly Analytics.
checked icon Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions that align with business objectives.
checked icon Configure and customize Xactly software to meet company policies and procedures.
checked icon Conduct system testing and validation to ensure data accuracy and system functionality.
checked icon Provide training and support to end-users for successful adoption of Xactly solutions.
checked icon Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for implemented solutions and processes.
checked icon Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Xactly implementation and usage.
checked icon Stay updated with the latest Xactly features to maximize their capabilities within the organization.
