We’re seeking a skilled Test Automation Engineer for a software development leader specializing in Cell and Gene Therapy. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in test automation, with proficiency in Tricentis Tosca, Selenium, and API testing.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and deliver high-quality results.
Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English.
Proficiency in creating and maintaining project plans and reporting on test progress and results.
Nice to have
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements (e.g., GxP, GDPR, HIPAA, FDA).
Responsibilities
Create and maintain automated test cases using tools like Tricentis Tosca. Design comprehensive test cases covering APIs, UI, and core functionality. Build reusable scripts and components for efficiency.
Run automated test cases, document and analyze results, and support frequent testing to reduce costs. Track and resolve defects with the QA and development teams, sharing insights with stakeholders.
Regularly update test cases to align with software and regulatory changes. Troubleshoot scripts for cross-environment reliability and define clean-up strategies for test environments.
Participate in Agile ceremonies to align automation with development. Collaborate with product owners, analysts, and DevOps to support testing within CI/CD pipelines.
