Are you a skilled Technical Support Engineer with a passion for innovation and AI?
We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to deliver enterprise-level assistance to our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting software and network issues, as well as assisting customers with application and program installations. You will address technical problems, respond to inquiries, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

checked icon Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
checked icon At least 3 years of experience in a technical support role, specializing in software and network-related issues.
checked icon Proficiency in software and network troubleshooting.
checked icon Familiarity with ticketing systems like Zendesk or Jira.
checked icon Basic understanding of coding languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
checked icon Experience with IDEs like VSCode or JetBrains (IntelliJ) is preferred.
checked icon Ability to reproduce customer issues and collaborate with engineering teams.
checked icon Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
checked icon Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
checked icon Customer-focused approach to delivering exceptional support.
checked icon Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
checked icon Patience and empathy when assisting users with technical issues.

Responsibilities

checked icon Provide prompt and efficient technical support via Zoom, email, or chat.
checked icon Troubleshoot and resolve software and network connectivity issues.
checked icon Log customer interactions and solutions using a ticketing system (e.g., Zendesk).
checked icon Escalate complex technical issues to senior support or engineering teams.
checked icon Stay informed on product updates and advancements.
checked icon Contribute to the creation of knowledge base articles and internal documentation.
