On behalf of our client, we’re looking for a Technical Product Manager for a Canadian start-up which is a leading mobile app development company. Their goal is to accelerate product development processes. The product targets the B2B market, but it also offers versatile applications for personal use.
Requirements

At least 4+ years of experience working as Technical Product Manager.

Demonstrate a strong command of product management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, open communication, trust, and a shared sense of purpose.

Possess a solid understanding of technology architecture and integration strategies.

Thrive in a dynamic start-up environment where project priorities and requirements may evolve.

Experience in building and maintaining relationships with internal team members and stakeholders.
Responsibilities

Own and lead all aspects of an established agile team.

Work closely with technical teams to define architecture, user experience, and innovative capabilities for the product.

Lead business architecture including user and data workflows for assigned component(s), aligning with overall business architecture of the product.

Write and prioritize user stories and define acceptance criteria.

Work with the product team and other stakeholders to validate concepts, themes, vision, and MVPs.

Specify requirements, track progress, assess risks, coordinate delivery, and actively communicate contingency and mitigation plans for the team.

Run various ad-hoc research and business analyses to assess opportunities and risks.

Balance priorities between maintenance requirements, architecture, and new features.

Participate in weekly retrospectives and daily sync calls.
