We are looking for a Technical Product Owner for a market-leading quantitative trading technology provider. With over 15 years of experience at industry-leading companies, the founding team is looking for exceptional developers to strengthen the team and shape the company’s future together.

The company is dedicated to creating infrastructures and algorithms that enable traders to deliver billions of dollars of liquidity to major exchanges around the world. The company’s offices are located in places such as Singapore and Amsterdam. The working environment is international and the working language is English.

Requirements

3+ years of experience as a Product Owner
Proven track record of technical product innovation
Experience and demonstrated leadership working with cross-functional stakeholders
Ability to prioritize well, manage a portfolio of bigger and smaller bets while balancing short-term goals and long-term vision
Solid English skills (B2 or above)

Nice to have

BS, MS, PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance or equivalent experience
Relevant experience (high-frequency trading, FinTech or similar small, fast-moving technology-driven companies)

Responsibilities

Working with stakeholders and founders to craft and communicate a strategic vision & roadmap for the Business Tech team
Managing selection, integration and maintenance of third-party solutions
Advising business partners on workflow improvements to get the most out of our technology
Managing the team’s backlog, taking ownership of creating user stories, backlogs, and epics
Measuring success using appropriate metrics
