Full time We’re looking for a Systems Engineer for a company, that offers end-to-end digital transformation solutions to help businesses achieve their goals and become intelligent enterprises. The services include business process digitization, digital experiences, advanced analytics, and digital applications.
Requirements
6+ years of experience in a similar position
Hands-on experience with .NET (C# and VB)
Experience working with MS SQL and PostgreSQL
Vast experience with Datadog (Dashboards, Logs, RUM, Synthetics, Metrics, all of APM, Datadog API)
Knowledge of JSON
Experience working with web services Responsibilities
Helping in completing tracing in USLAB in preparation for sign-off for production
Creating dashboards and alerts from the metrics Generic Query Engine is sending
Tuning the log error tracking to alert on an increase in grouped logs
Working on the POC for RUM in the lab environment, and helping connect up the RUM with the tracing
Helping in providing guidance to the PSR on what to be logging to the datadog
Providing guidance to the dev team on custom tracing in our code for critical processes.
Identifying what else can we do so that we know there's a problem before the client does and quickly drill down to the root cause What do we offer?
