We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to drive end-to-end hiring, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and stakeholders. In this role, you’ll optimize recruitment operations, enhance employer branding, and collaborate with leadership and industry partners to attract top talent through data-driven strategies.
Requirements

At least 3 years in recruitment and talent strategy in high-growth industries like tech

Strong skills in recruitment tools, ATS platforms, Microsoft Office, and LinkedIn Recruiter, with experience in positioning roles to attract top talent

Proven ability to manage full-cycle hiring across technical, corporate, and strategic roles

Knowledge of local legislative requirements when it comes to employment

Expertise in employer branding, sourcing strategies, hiring metrics, and structured interview frameworks

Strong command of both English and Polish
Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle hiring, ensuring efficiency from talent attraction to offer stage

Execute and refine recruitment strategies, covering employer branding, sourcing, and hiring metrics

Develop structured interview frameworks and data-driven recruitment approaches

Guide hiring managers on workforce planning, inclusive hiring, and market trends

Ensure seamless onboarding, compliance, and data integrity in hiring systems

Deliver market insights and hiring updates to internal stakeholders

Enhance employer branding and advocate for a strong company reputation

Maintain adherence to service levels, corporate policies, and hiring regulations
