We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to drive end-to-end hiring, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and stakeholders. In this role, you’ll optimize recruitment operations, enhance employer branding, and collaborate with leadership and industry partners to attract top talent through data-driven strategies.

Requirements

checked icon At least 3 years in recruitment and talent strategy in high-growth industries like tech
checked icon Strong skills in recruitment tools, ATS platforms, Microsoft Office, and LinkedIn Recruiter, with experience in positioning roles to attract top talent
checked icon Proven ability to manage full-cycle hiring across technical, corporate, and strategic roles
checked icon Knowledge of local legislative requirements when it comes to employment
checked icon Expertise in employer branding, sourcing strategies, hiring metrics, and structured interview frameworks
checked icon Strong command of both English and Polish

Responsibilities

checked icon Manage full-cycle hiring, ensuring efficiency from talent attraction to offer stage
checked icon Execute and refine recruitment strategies, covering employer branding, sourcing, and hiring metrics
checked icon Develop structured interview frameworks and data-driven recruitment approaches
checked icon Guide hiring managers on workforce planning, inclusive hiring, and market trends
checked icon Ensure seamless onboarding, compliance, and data integrity in hiring systems
checked icon Deliver market insights and hiring updates to internal stakeholders
checked icon Enhance employer branding and advocate for a strong company reputation
checked icon Maintain adherence to service levels, corporate policies, and hiring regulations
