Sr. Product Designer
We’re seeking a Sr. Product Designer to join our Company with a mission to make the global jewelry trade simple and accessible.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in product design, with a focus on 2-sided digital platforms
A track record of success in carrying out user research and applying findings to inform design choices
Experience planning and conducting usability testing for design validation
Track record of accomplishment and expertise with SaaS products and marketplaces
Exceptional portfolio with a focus on marketable products that includes a variety of design projects
Experience in B2B or B2B2C design
Proficient in design and prototyping tools
Demonstrated ability to deliver components for and contribute to a design system
Strong communication abilities and the capacity to explain design choices to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Solid knowledge of best practices and UX/UI principles
Capacity to operate in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and other designers, to understand project goals and requirements
Participate in and conduct user research projects to obtain information that helps with the design process
Arrange and carry out usability testing for design validation, making sure that user input is integrated into the design iteration process
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for responsive web and native mobile applications
Drive the progress of the SaaS vertical and its product suite
Create and refine features for a B2B2C marketplace to support the upcoming wave of jewelry companies
Work closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of design solutions
Participate in the creation and upkeep of a design system to guarantee uniformity across all digital products
Ensure implemented designs are monitored for success by driving the measurement of user behavior through product analytics and other quantifiable research practices
