We are seeking a talented Senior UI/UX Designer to join the team. As part of our client’s mission to double our revenue and expand into the US market by the end of 2024, you will play a crucial role in enhancing their digital products. You’ll work closely with a dedicated team of professionals to create, build, test, and improve user experiences and conversion rates, ensuring that customers enjoy seamless interactions across platforms.

Requirements

checked icon 5+ years of experience as a UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing complex projects.
checked icon Proficiency in Figma.
checked icon Strong understanding of interaction design, UX and UI principles, and accessibility standards
checked icon Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

checked icon Knowledge of Adobe XD and Sketch
checked icon Experience in an Agile environment
checked icon Familiarity and understanding of web front-end technologies
checked icon Knowledge of accessibility standards

Responsibilities

checked icon Create journey maps and user flows to improve UX and conversion rates
checked icon Collaborate primarily with product managers, marketing team, and sometimes with engineers to define feature requirements, align on the design process and approach, present, get feedback, etc.
checked icon Design wireframes, UI mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma
checked icon Create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that align with brand guidelines
checked icon Iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing conducted by researchers
checked icon Work closely with product and development to align product and design vision and implementation
checked icon Study UX industry trends, learn best practices, and innovative approaches, and implement insights into the work process
