By choosing this offer you will provide yourself with the opportunity to make the money-making side of content creation easy and work with various creators (YouTubers, Instagrammers, Podcasters – anyone with a  sizable online audience) on creating amazing content and interacting with their fans in the best possible way.

 

You will be a part of a new, core team in a young company that brings together experts and people who know that programming and problem solving are all about fun. You can work remotely or from their office in Poznań or mix it up – it’s up to you.

Requirements

5+ years of experience
Expert knowledge of Ruby
Experience with relational databases
Capable of scaling architecture of large applications
Experience in ensuring the security of large applications
Commercial experience with tools such as GitLab, Jira, and Slack
Soft skills, openness to conversations, and sharing knowledge
English language proficiency

Nice to have

Dry-rb
DevOps related experience
Ruby on Rails
Frontend stack (Hotwire and Turbo)
Experience in handling real-time, streaming events, and video related processing
Being open-source contributor
