We are looking for a skilled Senior Site Reliability Engineer to oversee release management and improve the deployment process across a growing fleet of SaaS and customer environments. In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring efficient, consistent, and high-quality releases while driving infrastructure improvements to increase reliability.

Requirements

checked icon Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
checked icon 4-8 years of experience in site reliability, software engineering, or related roles.
checked icon Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
checked icon Experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
checked icon Proficiency in scripting languages for automation.
checked icon Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Kubernetes, and backend technologies (Go is a strong plus).
checked icon A passion for problem-solving, building tools, and staying updated with industry trends.
checked icon Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

checked icon Manage code and configuration deployments across multiple SaaS and cloud environments.
checked icon Develop and maintain tools to streamline release management and reduce operational toil.
checked icon Troubleshoot and resolve release-related issues with minimal production impact.
checked icon Collaborate with Development, QA, Product, and Operations teams to ensure smooth releases.
checked icon Maintain compliance with industry standards and best practices.
checked icon Create and update documentation for release processes and timelines.
checked icon Communicate release schedules and details effectively to stakeholders.
