We are looking for a skilled Senior Site Reliability Engineer to oversee release management and improve the deployment process across a growing fleet of SaaS and customer environments. In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring efficient, consistent, and high-quality releases while driving infrastructure improvements to increase reliability.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
4-8 years of experience in site reliability, software engineering, or related roles.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
Proficiency in scripting languages for automation.
Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Kubernetes, and backend technologies (Go is a strong plus).
A passion for problem-solving, building tools, and staying updated with industry trends.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Manage code and configuration deployments across multiple SaaS and cloud environments.
Develop and maintain tools to streamline release management and reduce operational toil.
Troubleshoot and resolve release-related issues with minimal production impact.
Collaborate with Development, QA, Product, and Operations teams to ensure smooth releases.
Maintain compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Create and update documentation for release processes and timelines.
Communicate release schedules and details effectively to stakeholders.
