Senior Project Manager
We are seeking a talented Senior Project Manager who can oversee enterprise-grade customer-facing software projects from start to finish. You will join the implementation team and contribute to the success of existing and new customers.

B2B Contract You will work closely with various technical and non-technical team members, managing internal and external projects. You will actively participate in the project scoping, contract review, knowledge transfer, and budget management
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and/or Information Technology or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in Project Management Role.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Project.
Very Good knowledge of Jira, monitoring bugs, tasks, and creating dashboards
Implementing enterprise-scale software solutions. Preferred with Salesforce or any other CRM implementation experience.
Experience with directly managing project teams, big budgets, and schedules.
Good negotiation, conflict management, and leadership skills.
Delivering high-quality results on schedule and within budget.
Experience with business process expertise in CRM, ERP, etc.
Excellent command of verbal and written English communication Nice to have
PMP Certification preferred but not Mandatory Responsibilities
Create and manage project plans, monitor and review project progress and timelines.
Facilitate requirements gathering and assist with creating project deliverables, as needed.
Manage day-to-day execution of project implementations. Assist with the planning, tracking, documentation, and status updates.
Be the primary customer interface, and perform project management activities that ensure adherence to Salesforce methodology and project gates and governance.
Able to manage one or two large projects or several small to medium-sized interrelated projects requiring complex cross-functional collaboration and management at the program level.
Facilitate review sessions with the client and your team.
Manage UAT with end users including coordination and user acceptance signoff.
Ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of projects. Please include GDPR consent
