We are looking for an experienced Senior Node.js Developer for an international startup, focusing on supporting financial institutions and digital asset holders with automating onboarding processes.

Requirements

Extensive experience as a backend engineer with a strong technical background

Deep understanding of REST APIs and hands-on experience working with them

Ability to write well-structured, efficient, and testable code

Proficiency in Node.js and JavaScript/TypeScript development

Passion for blockchain technology, and staying informed about the latest trends

Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive initiatives and strategic decisions
Nice to have

Experience with NestJS.

Familiarity with React.
Responsibilities

Improve the performance of our high-traffic asynchronous pipelines, ensuring they run efficiently even under heavy loads.

Take ownership of your work through all development stages, following our "you build it, you run it" philosophy.

Write clean, maintainable code while developing scalable solutions to support future growth and reduce technical debt.

Explore blockchain technology to analyze interactions between different chains and exchanges, optimizing algorithms for faster data processing.

Collaborate closely with frontend and infrastructure teams to implement impactful solutions that elevate our product.

Research and build AI-driven solutions that enhance user experience, helping compliance analysts create detailed reports more efficiently.
