We’re looking for Senior / Lead Frontend Developers for one of the biggest international fintech startups in the Baltics with products ranging from a payment gateway for e-shops to money transfers, currency conversion, payment cards, event ticketing platform, parcel locker network, top-notch finance management app, and more! Their products are used by millions of users across the globe with the main markets currently being the Baltic countries.

Requirements

5+ years of professional experience
Strong knowledge and commercial experience with JavaScript (ES5 and ES6) and Rest API
Familiar with Unit test, Jest, or testing in general
Knowledge of best frontend and UX practices and tools
Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 and preprocessors
Deep understanding of how web applications work
Experience working with React, Webpack
Good English skills

Nice to have

High quality organizational and leadership skills
Experience with large-scale projects and fintech would be beneficial

Responsibilities

Programming of functional components using the React library
Working in a multi-functional, self-organizing team based on Agile principles (Scrum or Scrumban)
Improving functionality and code aiming at the better quality for both users and programmers
Following and contributing to development best practices, giving and receiving code reviews on a daily basis
Constantly improving as a developer and a team member, and sharing knowledge with other team members
Supervising Frontend team specialists
Acting as a Senior Frontend developer when required
Reviewing code created by other team members
