We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join one of our clients, a leading global fintech company revolutionizing the way millions of users manage their finances. In this role, you will play a crucial part in building and maintaining scalable cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and automation across the platform.

Requirements

checked icon 7+ years of experience in Linux system administration
checked icon Strong expertise in Docker, virtualization (KVM, VMware), and container orchestration
checked icon Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
checked icon Experience with web servers (HAProxy, Nginx, Apache) and database management
checked icon Proficiency in automation and configuration management (Ansible, Puppet, Salt)
checked icon Expertise in monitoring and troubleshooting tools
checked icon Strong programming experience in Python (mandatory for future role transition)
checked icon Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure monitoring.

Responsibilities

checked icon Design, implement, and maintain Linux-based infrastructure (RHEL, CentOS).
checked icon Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform and HashiCorp tools (Consul, Nomad, Vault)
checked icon Automate configuration management with Ansible, Puppet, or Salt
checked icon Oversee and optimize virtualization platforms (KVM, VMware) and containerized environments with Docker
checked icon Manage and monitor cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure), ensuring security, scalability, and high availability
checked icon Deploy and maintain web servers (HAProxy, Nginx, Apache) for optimized performance
checked icon Work with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) to ensure high availability and scalability
checked icon Implement and improve CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth software delivery and deployments
checked icon Establish monitoring and logging solutions, leveraging tools like Elasticsearch, Redis, and Kubernetes
checked icon Troubleshoot infrastructure-related issues, ensuring high availability and performance
checked icon Contribute to the transition towards Python-based automation, as the role will evolve into a more Python-heavy position within the next 12 months
