6+ years of strong software engineering experience with a deep understanding of C++
Solid understanding of systems programming and cloud-based architectures
Proven experience designing, developing, and deploying distributed systems at scale
Strong command of clean code practices, performance optimization, and debugging
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)
Experience working on multi-node systems and handling distributed computation
Ability to write well-documented, maintainable, and testable code
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Willingness to be present in the Ljubljana office at least 2 weeks per month (relocation support and accommodation covered) Nice to have
Experience with PyTorch or other ML frameworks
Background in Machine Learning / Artificial Intelligence
Knowledge of unsupervised learning methodologies
Familiarity with Speech AI or STT systems Responsibilities
Collaborate with a small team of elite engineers to build and optimize cutting-edge speech AI systems
Design, implement, and maintain robust, scalable C++ services deployed in cloud environments
Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to shaping the future of the platform
Own the development lifecycle – from problem definition and design to implementation and deployment
Maintain high standards of code quality, reliability, and performance
Work closely with researchers and product teams to integrate advanced ML/AI features Please include GDPR consent
