We are hiring a high-caliber expert who is excited to leverage blockchain technology to build services that are community powered. Our first product is a digital wallet that provides members with the most seamless payment experience via social messengers. Our members are the key stakeholders of this ecosystem and the business is committed to maximize membership value – not profits.

Requirements

Have 3+ years of engineering experience with Java or Kotlin
Good knowledge of software and application design and architecture
Good knowledge of UML and other modeling methods
Understanding of software quality assurance principles
A technical mindset with great attention to detail

Nice to have

Apache Kafka
Familiar with Confluent echo system
DevOps experience
Fin tech experience

Responsibilities

Facilitate technical discussions
Owning the technical standards and code quality
Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning and stand-ups
Owning and delivering feature/code to the best of your abilities
Ensure software meets all requirements of quality, security, modifiability, extensibility, etc
Documenting and recording every aspect of an application or software
Training and overseeing the activities of the lower-level members of the development team
Provide technical guidance and coaching to junior developers
Looking for problems within software systems and resolving the issues (Scaling, quality)
