Requirements

checked icon 10+ years of sales experience in the energy or related industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
checked icon Deep understanding of the energy sales market, particularly in Germany or Europe.
checked icon Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for innovation and a drive to exceed expectations.
checked icon Established network of Installer resources in Germany or other European countries, with a strong understanding of local markets and customer needs.
checked icon Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills in both German and English.
checked icon Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
checked icon Strong team player, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

checked icon Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion for company products.
checked icon Identify and cultivate relationships with potential installers, partners, and customers in Germany or even Europe.
checked icon Build and maintain a network of Installer resources to ensure smooth installation and customer satisfaction.
checked icon Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to refine sales approaches and positioning.
checked icon Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other teams to develop and launch new company products.
checked icon Negotiate and close sales contracts with key customers, ensuring profitability and long-term relationships.
checked icon Develop and mentor a high-performing sales team, setting clear goals and providing ongoing support.
