We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on Product Manager (Salesforce) to join the growing product team at a leading Supply Chain Planning & Automation SaaS company. In this role, you’ll lead the development of Salesforce-based solutions (including Agentforce), shaping the roadmap and driving cross-functional collaboration with engineering, delivery, and go-to-market teams.

Requirements

checked icon 3+ years of experience with Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, Service Cloud)
checked icon Deep understanding of sales operations, marketing, finance, or procurement functions
checked icon Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, workflows, reports, and dashboards
checked icon Familiarity with Agentforce and the Salesforce ecosystem
checked icon Strong consulting skills to design and deliver customer-driven solutions
checked icon Ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical product requirements
checked icon Strong communication, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills
checked icon Experience working with engineering, customer success, and sales teams

Nice to have

checked icon Experience integrating Salesforce with external tools and APIs (e.g., Propel, Zilliant)
checked icon Familiarity with Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce
checked icon Experience with Agentforce architecture and solution design
checked icon Salesforce certifications
checked icon Background in business development or pre-sales engineering

Responsibilities

checked icon Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Agentforce-driven Salesforce solutions
checked icon Drive business value and competitive advantage through Salesforce-based capabilities
checked icon Work closely with customers and prospects to uncover use cases that leverage company’s supply chain analytics
checked icon Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams to bring solutions from concept to deployment
checked icon Own the product lifecycle: ideation, development, go-to-market, adoption, and iteration
checked icon Support Salesforce partnership strategy and contribute to revenue goals
checked icon Gather and act on customer feedback to drive adoption and continuous improvement
checked icon Stay up to date with Salesforce trends, features, and best practices
