We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on Product Manager (Salesforce) to join the growing product team at a leading Supply Chain Planning & Automation SaaS company. In this role, you’ll lead the development of Salesforce-based solutions (including Agentforce), shaping the roadmap and driving cross-functional collaboration with engineering, delivery, and go-to-market teams.
Requirements

3+ years of experience with Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, Service Cloud)

Deep understanding of sales operations, marketing, finance, or procurement functions

Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, workflows, reports, and dashboards

Familiarity with Agentforce and the Salesforce ecosystem

Strong consulting skills to design and deliver customer-driven solutions

Ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical product requirements

Strong communication, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills

Experience working with engineering, customer success, and sales teams
Nice to have

Experience integrating Salesforce with external tools and APIs (e.g., Propel, Zilliant)

Familiarity with Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce

Experience with Agentforce architecture and solution design

Salesforce certifications

Background in business development or pre-sales engineering
Responsibilities

Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Agentforce-driven Salesforce solutions

Drive business value and competitive advantage through Salesforce-based capabilities

Work closely with customers and prospects to uncover use cases that leverage company’s supply chain analytics

Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams to bring solutions from concept to deployment

Own the product lifecycle: ideation, development, go-to-market, adoption, and iteration

Support Salesforce partnership strategy and contribute to revenue goals

Gather and act on customer feedback to drive adoption and continuous improvement

Stay up to date with Salesforce trends, features, and best practices
