Product Manager
We are seeking a Product Manager to join a team of passionate professionals in the travel and transportation industry, dedicated to driving innovation and growth. You will lead the development and enhancement of our digital products, including the website and mobile applications, ensuring they meet the needs of our diverse customer base. Your strategic insight and ability to collaborate across teams will be key to our continued success in a rapidly expanding market.
Salary: 3000-4500 EUR/Month

Proven experience as a Middle/Senior Product Manager for 4+ years
Advanced English proficiency, with a C1 level or higher
Highly independent and proactive with a strong results-oriented mindset
In-depth knowledge of core product management methodologies and frameworks, including Customer Journey Mapping (CJM), Story Mapping, Value Added Chain, UX design, Lean Canvas, Customer Development Process, and ICE prioritization
Skilled in crafting seamless online-to-offline user experiences
Solid understanding of key technological concepts, including APIs, SDKs, basic architectural components, and mobile app development
Experience managing complex product ecosystems, particularly those involving dual-sided platforms (e.g., Ski Pass partners and tourists)
Proficient in project management, with a focus on risk mitigation
Exceptional communication skills, capable of delivering clear, structured, and transparent information Responsibilities
Creating a product development strategy and preparing a roadmap
Market and competitors research
Identifying key inefficiencies and issues in existing products, formulating and testing hypotheses
Prioritizing initiatives based on their impact on the company's business metrics
Deeply studying and understanding the behavioral patterns of our users and their needs
Writing user stories for the development team and maintaining close communication with the team
Defining key metrics and designing a product health dashboard in collaboration with an analyst
Studying the current state of the Ski Pass sales market (in collaboration with our operations department)
Conducting customer development interviews with both users and partners (Ski Pass sellers)
Building a Customer Journey Map (CJM) for the user product and designing the user experience (UX)
Designing the user interface (UI) of the product in collaboration with a designer
Understanding the needs of partners and designing the partner product
Project management of the entire project: managing timelines, risks, and communication with stakeholders
Collaborating with the technical team to develop a technical vision of the product (how it will be designed under the hood)
