We’re looking for a Manual QA Engineer for an American company – a cloud-based freight and transportation management solution designed to help shipping, third-party logistics, and carrier businesses streamline the entire supply chain lifecycle.

Requirements

checked icon 4+ years of QA testing experience
checked icon Understanding and experience working with an agile product lifecycle model
checked icon Knowledge of Software Quality Assurance methodologies, tools, and processes
checked icon Knowledge of Jira or other project management tools
checked icon Experience with planning & documenting test cases and executing manual test cases for Web applications and/or mobile applications
checked icon Knowledge of APIs and using Postman for debugging
checked icon Experience with using browser Developer Tools
checked icon Familiarity with principles of good UX, UI and design-centric thinking
checked icon Strong communications skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with the Test Automation
checked icon Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or any related field

Nice to have

checked icon Experience in the logistics industry
checked icon ISTQB Tester certification

Responsibilities

checked icon Collaborate with the Engineering team to understand requirements and ensure those requirements are met
checked icon Implement agile processes that drive predictable, high-quality delivery, ensuring a high-quality experience for customers
checked icon Ensure a bug-free and high quality product is delivered to our customers
checked icon Collaborate with Test Automation Engineers to develop and implement test plans for your squad
checked icon Be a proactive member of the QA team and assigned squad who finds issues before customers
checked icon Manage customer issues and verify implemented solutions
checked icon Work with QA and squad team members for deployment and development timelines
checked icon Perform manual Jira ticket verification
checked icon Perform manual regression and exploratory testing in support of product deployments
