Lead UI/UX Designer
We’re hiring a Lead UX Designer for one of our clients — a global tech company powering digital solutions for some of the world’s leading enterprise brands. This is both a hands-on and leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments and is passionate about design excellence. You’ll be responsible for establishing the design foundation for the entire product line, including setting up workflows and systems that will guide future design efforts.

Contract of Employment Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or related field
10 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing intuitive, user-friendly digital interfaces
Proven ability to drive the design process end-to-end, from concept to execution
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision (Figma experience is essential)
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and ability to translate user insights into actionable design solution
Experience working in agile environments, collaborating with product and engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle
Experience with prototyping, user research, and using user analytics to inform design decisions is an asset Nice to have
Familiarity with Product Information Management (PIM) and Master Data Management (MDM)
Experience working in enterprise-level design projects or with high-scale applications
Expertise with e-commerce platforms or applications focused on wellness, fitness, or personal health management Responsibilities
Design intuitive, visually engaging interfaces that align with the brand and improve user experience
Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to clearly communicate design concepts
Develop and enforce UX design standards to ensure product consistency and strengthen the brand identity
Partner with UX research to analyze user behaviors and needs, turning insights into actionable design improvements
Lead and support usability testing to validate design choices and refine user experiences
Set up and define efficient design workflows and processes, using tools like JIRA to collaborate with cross-functional team
Maintain a scalable design system with clear guidelines for a cohesive user journey across platforms
Oversee multiple design projects, ensuring effective resource allocation and timely delivery of high-quality solutions
Lead client and user discovery sessions to ensure design solutions meet customer needs and business goals Please include GDPR consent
