Requirements

Experience in managing team and leading team

Great communication skills and the ability to articulate complex, technical concepts to a non-technical audience

A passion for product quality and user experience, attention to detail

Experience building mobiles apps that delight users (ISO & Android)

The desire for creating clean, testable code

Practical experience of SOLID principles and when and how to apply the experience working with a version control system like git

Strong understanding of REST API Design

5+ years of working experience in software engineering (Android or IOS)

Responsibilities

Building and leading a team of mobile engineers.

Collaborate with the development team to build high-quality code, following and contributing to key processes like code reviews.

Make decisions in solution architecture.

Identifying imperfections and suggesting improvements in the app.

Helping the team troubleshoot if needed.

Mentoring the team and promoting their growth.
