We are looking for a skilled and motivated Lead DevOps Engineer to join our growing team and help shape the future of a cutting-edge Supply Chain Planning & Automation SaaS platform. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in building and maintaining highly scalable, secure, and robust AWS cloud infrastructure, supporting global enterprise clients.

You’ll be part of the engineering team, collaborating closely with software developers, and contributing to automation, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code efforts. Requirements

checked icon 5+ years of experience in DevOps, with deep AWS expertise (VPC, EC2, IAM, EKS, Fargate, S3, etc.)
checked icon Proficiency with Terraform or CloudFormation
checked icon Strong understanding of cloud security and compliance (SOC2 experience a plus)
checked icon Solid Linux administration skills and troubleshooting experience
checked icon Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub, Elasticsearch, and Grafana
checked icon Experience building CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
checked icon PostgreSQL or other database performance monitoring skills
checked icon Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
checked icon Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Nice to have

checked icon Experience with Salesforce DevOps/integration
checked icon Familiarity with SOC2 audit processes
checked icon Experience with additional cloud providers (e.g., Azure)
checked icon AWS certification preferred

Responsibilities

checked icon Design, automate, and maintain secure, scalable AWS infrastructure
checked icon Build and manage deployment pipelines for AWS and Salesforce
checked icon Collaborate with software engineering teams to define deployment and infrastructure requirements
checked icon Implement and improve monitoring and alerting using Grafana, Elasticsearch, etc.
checked icon Troubleshoot production issues and conduct root cause analysis
checked icon Build operational tools to streamline system administration and support
checked icon Contribute to cost optimization and infrastructure efficiency
checked icon Write and maintain documentation for infrastructure and deployment procedures
