We are currently looking for a Head of Engineering for a leading international company specializing in making AI adoption easy. The company is creating the next generation of computing with AI-centric system architecture designed specifically for real-life applications growing complexity and scale. Furthermore, they cooperate closely with such impressive companies as Samsung and IBM Cloud. Do you want to join us and be the first team member and simultaneously create a completely new team you’ll manage?

Requirements

checked icon 5+ years of experience managing software developers and other technical specialists
checked icon Vast experience in C++ programming and embedded development
checked icon Proven ability to build new teams, structures, and divisions
checked icon Experience in early-stage tech companies
checked icon Expertise in evaluating operational effectiveness
checked icon Exceptional communication skills with the ability to suit different audiences
checked icon Excellent command of the English language (C1 is a minimum)

Nice to have

checked icon Master's degree in computer science
checked icon Expertise in artificial intelligence stack development
