The ideal candidate is a skilled DeFi builder with deep expertise in the blockchain ecosystem. The role requires proficiency across frontend and backend development, coupled with extensive experience in Web3 technologies, smart contract integration, and blockchain frameworks.

Requirements

checked icon Minimum 4 years of experience as a software engineer
checked icon Proven track record of at least 3 years building scalable and performant production UIs
checked icon Hands-on experience of at least 2 years in developing backend solutions, including SDKs
checked icon Minimum 2 years of Web3 experience
checked icon Deep understanding of web technologies and large-scale web application architectures
checked icon Strong customer empathy, with a keen focus on how features impact the community, users, and business
checked icon Enjoy collaborating across Engineering and Design teams to develop user-friendly applications

Responsibilities

checked icon Develop and enhance cross-chain tooling
checked icon Architect and design core product features throughout the entire development lifecycle: from initial conception and research, to implementation, iteration, deployment, maintenance, and future enhancements
checked icon Build and maintain scalable and high-performance TypeScript-based UIs, SDKs, and APIs
checked icon Index and organize on-chain data to create intuitive and user-friendly dashboards
checked icon Collaborate with Solidity smart contracts, ensuring thorough understanding and effective utilization
checked icon Debug complex cross-chain transactions using both internal and external tools
checked icon Deploy code in cloud environments such as AWS, ensuring scalability and reliability
checked icon Think strategically about system integration, encompassing UX, underlying APIs, and data models
checked icon Mentor and train team members on best practices and effective approaches for tackling large, ambiguous problems
checked icon Capability to work independently and effectively manage tasks with minimal supervision
