We’re looking for a Full Stack Technology Lead for an international company – a global blockchain technology firm providing solutions for developers, startups, enterprises, and governments.

Requirements

checked icon 4+ years of experience and a proven track record
checked icon Good knowledge of programming languages: HTML5, CSS3 Javascript, VueJS, postgreSQL
checked icon Strong frontend development, execution & optimization experience for a CMS-based platform such as WordPress, Drupal
checked icon Strong backend development experience with database management, optimization, and setup using technologies such as PostgreSQL
checked icon API Design & optimization experience including third-party integrations with technologies such as OAuth
checked icon Experience with deploying and scaling on Cloud base systems (AWS / Azure / GCP)
checked icon Proficiency in user analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude & experience with integrating analytics into frontend and backend systems
checked icon Experience working in an agile/scrum development process and reporting to Product/Management on weekly engineering progress
checked icon Degree or equivalent certification in Computer Science/Engineering
checked icon Strong English communication skills are a must

Responsibilities

checked icon Leading a full-stack engineering team in weekly sprints and conducting daily Scrum stand-ups toward successful deliverables of fully functional MVP products in a quarterly development cycle
checked icon Execution of frontend and backend development of a company’s product, with a preferable focus on code optimization for a mobile-focused audience
checked icon Planning, management, and execution of monthly technical product roadmaps, ensuring on-time delivery
checked icon Architecting brand-new software solutions to fulfill new product requirements
checked icon Creating, designing, and implementing frontend layouts for new and existing responsive web pages
checked icon Creating and maintaining database designs for data storage and processing
