Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ experience with Technical Support on Service Providers.
Good working networking TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS knowledge, including practical experience with wireless, VoIP, TR069/TR181 and xDSL, Ethernet, Optical Fiber, and LTE products.
Good knowledge of Switching (VLAN, 802.1p, QoS).
Good Knowledge of Security (Firewalls, VPN).
Experience of MS Office applications.
Good understanding of multiple desktop operating systems including Windows, Mac, Linux.
Fluent language skills, spoken and written in English.
Responsibilities
2nd or 3rd line technical consulting service to answer Subs/Partners or KA/SP queries via telephone or email.
To verify new codes and features on both existing and new hardware.
Issues (could be RD/QA resources or product delivery) Escalation to manager when necessary.
Customer onsite support for technical issue replicating, debugging and real life testing.
Provide support to the EMEA KA/SP sales force in the form of pre-sales, and attend customer sites where and when appropriate.
Testing and evaluating new products including but not limited to: CPE/COE/LTE product line.
