We’re hiring an Email Operations Manager who enjoys building fast, reliable systems and pays close attention to how email infrastructure and deliverability work. You’ll play a key role in making sure cold email campaigns run smoothly from day one — combining strategy, execution, and technical troubleshooting across multiple accounts.
Requirements

3+ years in email operations, marketing ops, customer success, or technical support

Deep understanding of outbound/cold email strategy and best practices

Strong knowledge of email infrastructure (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, DNS records)

Hands-on experience with tools like Smartlead, Instantly, Mailshake, etc.

Ability to manage multiple accounts and troubleshoot infrastructure issues

Strong communication skills — able to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Familiarity with deliverability tools (GlockApps, Google Postmaster Tools, MXToolbox)

Highly organized, process-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have

Experience with B2B SaaS or managing clients in an agency-style model

Ability to lightly QA or troubleshoot sending logic issues with engineering

Background in sales operations, revenue operations, or campaign management
Responsibilities

Oversee onboarding and technical setup of customer email domains, inboxes, and sending systems

Manage inbox warm-up schedules and monitor sender reputation across domains and IPs

Troubleshoot email infrastructure issues (e.g., SPF, DKIM, DMARC, blacklists, bounces)

Collaborate with engineering and deliverability experts to ensure system integrity and compliance

Proactively track campaign performance and flag issues across multiple accounts

Provide guidance to customers on improving open rates, click rates, and reply rates

Build and maintain SOPs, checklists, and documentation for scalable operations

Own usage of tools like Instantly, Smartlead, and email clients (Gmail, Outlook)

Educate customers on email deliverability best practices and optimization strategies
