Data Architect
We’re looking for a skilled Data Architect to drive data governance, quality, and innovation in a dynamic, collaborative environment. This role is for you if you thrive on hands-on problem-solving and shaping scalable data solutions.
Salary: 155,000–170,000 CHF

Hybrid: 2 days/week in the office Requirements
A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
10+ years working with complex data environments, including 3+ years in a dedicated data architecture role
Experience with modern data observability tools and SaaS platforms
Proficient in SQL and NoSQL databases
Hands-on with data platforms like Snowflake, Clickhouse, Redshift, or Databricks
Skilled in AWS cloud infrastructure
Familiar with data science workflows and ML integration
Analytical, structured thinker who can lead by example and solve real-world problems efficiently
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English (additional languages are a plus) Responsibilities
Take full ownership of the company’s data infrastructure—architecture, governance, and quality control
Create frameworks and pipelines that ensure data reliability and observability across systems
Design and optimize scalable models and storage for structured and unstructured data
Contribute to the long-term scalability strategy for managing 10x data growth
Provide technical leadership across teams and guide data-driven decision-making
Identify and resolve data issues quickly and transparently, informing stakeholders as needed
Champion a data-first culture across the organization, providing training and support where needed
Evaluate and implement new tools that enhance our data integrity and performance What do we offer?
