We’re looking for a CTO who will have a background in sectors such as process industry, manufacturing, or energy and utilities. This experience should be coupled with a deep understanding of the practical challenges and opportunities in implementing digital architectures within these industries.
Requirements

Proficiency in Agile methodologies

Understanding of cloud infrastructure and IT processes

Experience with managing business processes, risk assessment

Experience with creating and executing business strategy

Experience with security protocols

Advanced level of English

Advanced communication skills
Nice to have

Familiarity with API Ecosystem

Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure
Responsibilities

Evaluate existing IT and OT landscape, infrastructure, systems/vendors processes, and Technologies.

Identify Technology (IT & OT) and business operations pain points, inefficiencies, and improvements.

Document existing IT and OT organizational set-up.

Define a target enterprise architecture aligned with our business goals.

Develop a clear technology 3 years roadmap that outlines the desired direction for IT, OT Technology, and Innovation (data platforms)

Develop an initial cybersecurity strategy/blueprint.

Provide a Digital Team competence/role ramp-up plan, 1–3 years.

Provide an IT and OT organizational set-up (a mix of internal and contracted capabilities for operation and maintenance)
