Are You an Experienced Backend Developer Looking to Lead a High-Impact Team? We are looking for a Backend team lead to guide and mentor a team of backend engineers and drive the development of scalable, secure, high-performance systems. In this role, you will set technical direction, drive best practices, and optimize backend performance in a cloud-native environment.

Requirements

checked icon At least 6 years of backend development experience with Node.js, TypeScript, or Go.
checked icon Expertise in serverless architectures (Cloud Run, Cloud Functions) and related GCP services.
checked icon Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Cloud Build), automated testing (Jest, Mocha, Chai), and secure coding practices (PCI-DSS compliance).
checked icon Deep understanding of API security (OAuth 2.0, JWT, mTLS) and securing payment data.
checked icon Proven leadership and mentoring experience
checked icon Strong English proficiency for technical and professional communication.

Nice to have

checked icon Experience in fintech, high-volume transactions, and payment orchestration.
checked icon Knowledge of payment gateways and fraud prevention tools.
