100% REMOTE We are looking for a Backend Developer with Java for a startup using multimodal artificial intelligence and mixed reality to automate workflows and operations.
Requirements
4+ years of commercial experience
Basic understanding of front-end technologies and platforms, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
Proficient knowledge of a back-end programming language, Java/Groovy/Kotlin, with a good knowledge of its ecosystems
Experience in Server-less (Kinesis, Lambda, DynamoDb) Architecture and Programming
Familiarity with concepts of MVC, JDBC, RESTful, and Microservices
Experience with frameworks such as Micronaut, Grails and SpringBoot
Experience with databases (MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, ElasticSearch) Nice to have
Understanding differences between multiple delivery platforms, such as mobile vs desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platform
Understanding database schemas that represent and support business processes
Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests
Understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git Responsibilities
Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic Integration of external platforms and libraries.
Building reusable code and libraries for future use.
Optimization of the application for maximum speed and scalability.
