We are searching for a talented Automation Solutions Engineer to become a key member of our client’s Deployments Team. In this role, you will design, implement, and enhance automation solutions using a proprietary platform, Python, and SQL. This position is fully remote, with a focus on candidates located in Argentina or LATAM due to time zone alignment with our U.S.-based clients.

Requirements

checked icon Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
checked icon Minimum 3 years of relevant hands-on experience in automation, software engineering, or application development
checked icon Proficiency in Python programming and SQL
checked icon Familiarity with automation tools and technologies (RPA experience is a plus)
checked icon Strong English proficiency for understanding nuanced client requirements

Responsibilities

checked icon Gather and analyze client requirements to tailor automation workflows
checked icon Develop and implement automation solutions using Python, SQL, and proprietary technologies
checked icon Utilize generative AI and advanced AI models to optimize automation processes
checked icon Work closely with clients to expand and fine-tune existing solutions
checked icon Troubleshoot and provide support for deployed automations to ensure seamless functionality
checked icon Document workflows, processes, and solutions, contributing to the company's best practices.
