We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant to join the software house that aims to help various start-ups grow. In this position you will be responsible for providing support to the admin operations team. This role includes tasks such as payroll checking, preparing contracts and other documents, preparing invoices, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Previous work experience in a similar position.
Fluency in English and Polish (at least C1).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (specifically: Google Docs, Google Spreadsheets, and Google Looker Studio).
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
Nice to have
Degree or certification in Administration, Accounting or Human Resources.
Writing emails, correspondence notes, letters, and forms
Assisting in the preparation of e.g. regularly scheduled reports, invoices, payrolls, NDAs, and other documents
Scheduling and booking travel arrangements
Ordering office supplies
Working together with the Head of Admin to handle requests and queries from managers
Accounting for employees' remuneration payments and non-wage expenditures
